For over 15 years, I lived and breathed nonprofit leadership. I loved the work, the mission, and the people. But somewhere along the way, I stopped loving me. I kept saying yes, taking on more, and convincing myself I could handle it all.
The truth? I couldn't.
My days blurred into meetings, late nights, and endless to-dos. I was running on empty but still telling myself I had to keep going. Like so many high-achieving women, I was eating "clean," exercising when I could squeeze it in, and checking all the healthy living boxes. Yet despite doing everything "right," I was still struggling with stubborn energy crashes, unpredictable hormones, and that persistent feeling of being disconnected from my body.

It gave me the space to finally listen. To breathe. To ask myself what would feel truly nourishing—not just what looked good on paper or fit into my packed schedule. That's when my real transformation began.
